Dr Oscar is truly an amazing therapist and human being. He is extremely easy to speak with and has your best interest when it comes to your mental health. I have been seeing him now since October 2024 and he has giving me tools that have helped me step out of my home without much fear, baby steps. Prior to seeing him I would barely leave my home or I wouldn't go into large crowds or stores without a breakdown. Dr Oscar has also helped me work through the grief of losing my father which was a huge crutch for me. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to feel safe in a space and get the guidance that he provides. Amazing soul!!!!

Oscar has been great to work with. He's personable and understanding. His office has equally been easy to contact and adjust appointments as needed. Especially pleased with the ease of texting with the office and video visits with Oscar. They both seem to genuinely care about helping their patients.

She is absolutely lovely! I had so many questions and she was so patient with me. She helped me get straight to the root cause of my current situation and I feel I have the most direction in years when doctors have gaslighted me into thinking everything is fine. I feel very hopeful after my initial appointment and assessment with her and highly recommend her. Adara really goes above and beyond! She really takes the time to listen and truly understand what’s going on, patterns, life situations etc before even opening up the conversation of medication.
