From my first appointment to my appointments now, Adara‘s compassion and validation has been consistent. I feel like she’s always taking in what I say and offering great advice which gives me clarity and makes me feel understood. I almost confuse my sessions with a therapist Session because she’s always listening and again giving great advice and offering reason to the thoughts and feelings that confuse me the most. This is the first time in my life I’ve gotten legitimate help and I see my life improving as I continue on. I am very grateful. I still have ways to go, but I’m confident on that path with her help.

Dr Oscar is truly an amazing therapist and human being. He is extremely easy to speak with and has your best interest when it comes to your mental health. I have been seeing him now since October 2024 and he has giving me tools that have helped me step out of my home without much fear, baby steps. Prior to seeing him I would barely leave my home or I wouldn't go into large crowds or stores without a breakdown. Dr Oscar has also helped me work through the grief of losing my father which was a huge crutch for me. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to feel safe in a space and get the guidance that he provides. Amazing soul!!!!

She helped me get straight to the root cause of my current situation and I feel I have the most direction in years when doctors have gaslighted me into thinking everything is fine.
